How to set up VCU MyChart? ›

You can sign up for MyChart online or using our digital app. All VCU Health patients are issued an access code and you will receive that code either in a letter from your clinic or by email after your most recent appointment. You will use this code to register and set up your MyChart account.

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at (804) 802-5964 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

About Medical Records

To request a copy of your medical record(s), please contact our Health Information Management Department at (804) 828-4423.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

Enter your MyChart activation code exactly as it appears. Your activation code will be printed on your after-visit summary, can be printed for you or sent to the email address we have on file for you, upon your request. You will not need to use this code after you have completed the sign-up process.

If you have an email address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your email account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you must call MyChart Technical Support at 216.444.1740 or toll-free at 1.866.915.3383 for assistance.

1) Log in to your MyChart account through the MyChart app on the iPhone or iPod Touch, and click on the “Track My Health” icon. 2) After the apps/devices are linked, your MyChart will automatically sync the information according to data types selected to be tracked in the Health app.

Services include routine cleanings and exams, fillings, dentures, implants, crowns, bridges, sealants, mouth guards and more.

All visits to University Student Health Services are covered by a Student Health fee charged to students each semester. Health insurance is not accepted at Student Health.
